Prof. Xudong Jiang, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (IEEE Fellow)
Xudong Jiang, Fellow of IEEE,received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), and the Ph.D. degree from Helmut Schmidt University, Hamburg, Germany. From 1986 to 1993, he was a Lecturer with UESTC, where he received two Science and Technology Awards from the Ministry for Electronic Industry of China. From 1998 to 2004, he was with the Institute for Infocomm Research, A-Star, Singapore, as a Lead Scientist and the Head of the Biometrics Laboratory, where he developed a system that achieved the most efficiency and the second most accuracy at the International Fingerprint Verification Competition in 2000. He joined Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, as a Faculty Member, in 2004, and served as the Director of the Centre for Information Security from 2005 to 2011. Currently, he is a professor of NTU. Dr Jiang holds 7 patents and has authored over 200 papers with over 40 papers in the IEEE journals, including 11 papers in IEEE T-IP and 6 papers in IEEE T-PAMI. Three of his journal papers have been listed as the top 1% highly cited papers in the academic field of Engineering by Essential Science Indicators. In last 3 years, he published 10 papers in top conferences CVPR/ICCV/ECCV, including 2 CVPR oral papers and 1 ECCV spotlight paper. He served as IFS TC Member of the IEEE Signal Processing Society from 2015 to 2017, Associate Editor for IEEE SPL from 2014 to 2018, Associate Editor for IEEE T-IP from 2016 to 2020 and the founding editorial board member for IET Biometrics form 2012 to 2019. Dr Jiang is currently an IEEE Fellow and serves as Senior Area Editor for IEEE T-IP and Editor-in-Chief for IET Biometrics. His current research interests include image processing, pattern recognition, computer vision, machine learning, and biometrics.

Prof. Yonghui Li, The University of Sydney, Australia (IEEE Fellow)
Prof.Yonghui Li, IEEE Fellow,University of Sydney, Australia. Yonghui Li is a Professor and Director of Wireless Engineering Laboratory, in School of Electrical and Information Engineering, the University of Sydney. He is the recipient of the prestigious Australian Research Council (ARC) Queen Elizabeth II Fellowship in 2008 and ARC Future Fellowship in 2012. His current research interests are in the area of wireless communications, Internet of Things, Wireless networks, 5G and wireless AI. He participated in $500million Australian national Smart Grid Smart City project, the world first large-scale demonstration project. He has published more than 400 papers in IEEE journals and conferences, including more than 150 IEEE journal papers. Several of his journal papers have been included in ESI highly cited papers. According to google scholar, his research works have been cited more than 8000 times. His now an editor for IEEE Transactions on Communications, and IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology. He also served as a guest editor for several special issues of IEEE journals, such as IEEE JSAC special issue on Millimeter Wave Communications, IEEE Communications Magazine on Wireless AI, IEEE Access. He received the best paper awards from IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC) 2014, IEEE PIMRC 2017 and IEEE Wireless Days Conferences (WD) 2014. He is a Fellow of IEEE.

Prof. Guandong Xu, University of Technology Sydney, Australia
Dr Guandong Xu is a Professor in the School of Computer Science and Data Science Institute at University of Technology Sydney. He received MSc and BSc degree in Computer Science and Engineering, and PhD in Computer Science. Before he joined UTS in 2012, he took various research positions at European and Australian universities. His research has received research funding from Australian Research Council, government agencies, and industry corporates totalling over $3.5M in past years. He is recipients of a number of awards from Academia and Industry, including 2018 Top 10 Analytics Leaders by Australian Analytics Professional Peak Body (IAPA), 2018 UTS Vice-Chancellor Research Excellence Award Finalist, 2018 Australian Computer Society Disruptor Award Finalists, 2018 Australasian Database Conference Best Student Paper Award, 2017 NSW Winner of Marketing Excellence Award in Customer Research, 2016 BigInsights Data Innovation Award Winner in Customer Insights.

Prof. Vassilis C. Gerogiannis, University of Thessaly, Greece
Dr. Vassilis C. Gerogiannis holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering and Informatics, as well as a PhD in Software Engineering from the University of Patras, Greece. He is a full time Professor in the Department of Digital Systems of the School of Technology at the University of Thessaly, Greece. His academic subject is “Analysis and Design of Systems and Projects with Emphasis on Decision Making”. In the recent past, he was a full time Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly, Greece. From 2004, he is also Adjunct Professor, teaching Software Engineering at the Hellenic Open University and Module Leader, teaching (Software) Project Management at Postgraduate Programs of Studies offered by the University of Thessaly. He is a visiting Professor at foreign Higher Education Institutes/Universities, among them at the IPAG Business School, Paris & Nice, France, and at the American University of Beirut, Beirut, Lebanon. From 1992 until present, Prof. Gerogiannis has participated as technical consultant, software engineer, project manager and research director in several R&D projects funded by EU or national organizations. He has authored/coauthored more than 130 papers published in international journals/conference proceedings, which have been cited in a plethora of citations, as well as he has coauthored and edited three scientific books. He acts as guest editor, member of the editorial board and reviewer in international journals. He serves as program chair, member of the organization/technical committee and invited speaker in international conferences. He has received the “best paper award” in two international conference. His current research interests include Software Engineering, Project Management and Decision Making.

Dr. N.Ch.SRIMAN NARAYANA IYENGAR (b1961) Currently Professor Information Technology & Director (Academic and Applied Research) also Dean (Library & IS) at Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology (SNIST), Hyderabad of SREENIDHI Group. Dr. Iyengar holds two Ph.D’s in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science and Engineering. He had a rich experience of 34 years of Teaching and Research. He supervised 12 Ph.D.2 MS (Research), 3 M.Phil and 143 M.Tech/B.Tech Thesis. His students are throughout Globe in higher positions. He had teaching and research contributions under MoU at abroad and India. His research interests include Mathematical modeling, Distributed Secure Computing, Data Modeling and Analytics, IoT, Cloud Applications in all fields, E-commerce etc. He has authored several textbooks and had nearly 250+ research publications in reputed peer reviewed International Journals. He worked as team leader for several sponsored projects and committees. He organized several CONFERENCEs, STTP’s, CEP’s, Work Shops sponsored by AICTE/DST/DRDO/…. Beeing lifemeber of several professional bodies, he had been invited to deliver for key note addresses, invited talks and also as Conference Chair /session chair /PCM/reviewer for many standard International Conferences/Journals.
